A spokesperson for The Great British Baking Show co-host Noel Fielding is responding to claims that his client will be stepping down from the Netflix competition series amid ongoing health issues.

Noel made headlines when it was revealed that production on his Apple TV+ comedy The Completely Made-Up Adventures Of Dick Turpin had been abruptly shut down, despite filming reportedly around three-quarters finished.

The second season of an acclaimed Apple TV+ series has been cancelled despite almost finishing production. The Independent can confirm that The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin, starring Noel Fielding, has ceased filming.

Noel Fielding's publicist has announced the comedian will return as co-host of The Great British Bake Off. "There has been absolutely no discussion about Noel stepping down from Bake Off," the representative said.
