Joey Logano and Christopher Bell hit out at each other after engaging in a fierce battle for victory in Sunday’s NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Team Penske driver Logano was leading the only non-championship round on the NASCAR Cup Series calendar when the race promoter threw his discretionary caution on lap 216 of 250.

Logano, who was trying to win his second consecutive All-Star Race at the 0.625-mile oval, came up 0.829 seconds short of Bell after he elected to stay on track to keep the lead under the “Promoter’s Caution” on Lap 216.
A “Promoter’s Caution” flag thrown by Marcus Smith, the president and CEO of Speedway Motorsports, upset Logano, who was leading at the time.
