The 20-year-old Florida State University student accused of opening fire on campus nearly a month ago is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on Tuesday at 11 a.m., according to court documents.

Phoenix Ikner, the suspected gunman in the mass shooting at Florida State University, has been transferred from a local hospital to the county jail.

Phoenix Ikner is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and seven counts of attempted first degree murder.
