Not too many Washington Commanders bingo cards had a game-winning touchdown from Jamison Crowder at the beginning of the year, but that's exactly what happened as the team beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 16.

The Washington Commanders still have a chance to win the NFC East. On Sunday, despite five turnovers, quarterback Jayden Daniels found wide receiver Jamison Crowder for a nine-yard touchdown with six seconds remaining to give the Commanders a 34-33 lead.

WASHINGTON (7News) — When the Washington Commanders upset the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 16, 36-33, Jamison Crowder shined on a field he hadn’t seen much of this season. “Guys made plays, Jayden made throws and put us in a position to win the game and we did it,” Crowder said.

Coming off of injured reserve two weeks ago the Commanders veteran is stepping up when his team needs him the most.

Philadelphia played without quarterback Jalen Hurts, who was forced to exit with a concussion in the first quarter. In relief of Hurts, Kenny Pickett was 14-24 passing for 143 yards (6.0 avg), one touchdown, and one interception, with a 72.0 rating.

One player, receiver Jamison Crowder, has not only gotten involved with Brown off the field but is also doing so by coming off injured reserve himself. With his second-straight key performance since returning, Crowder is our Washington player sustained for the second-straight week.
