The Henderson Fire Department reminds parents all across the Las Vegas Valley to check back seats of cars during the extreme heat, to make sure no child gets left in a scorching hot car this summer.

Nearly 100 people were arrested during a protest in downtown Las Vegas Wednesday night after what police described as a peaceful demonstration turned violent.
