Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay likes what he has in Matthew Stafford, and McVay weighed in on the quarterback's future.

Matthew Stafford essentially used the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Giants for leverage before signing a discount deal with the Los Angeles Rams.

Both the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Giants were willing to offer Stafford more than $100 million over the next two seasons, according to Breer. Stafford instead agreed to a two-year, $84 million deal in order to remain with head coach Sean McVay and the Rams.
